Hey, listen to your emotions.

Hey guys! I hope you all are good. WELCOME back to my blog, good to see you guys again. So, I just thought of talking about our emotions today. Emotions are an crucial part of who you are, but they can be chaotic, complicated, and downright perplexing sometimes. Knowing how to name them and talk about them — with both yourself and others — is a key part of developing EMOTIONAL HEALTH.

So, today’s our blog topic is “listen to your emotions”. Fortunately, you don’t have to navigate the process of identifying your emotions alone. I have made list of few emotions. So you can look at emotions in a positive way.

  1. Bitterness:  shows where you need to heal, while you’re still holding judgments on others as well as yourself.
  2. Resentment: shows you where you’re living in the past and not allowing the present to be as it is.
  3. Discomfort: shows you that you need to consider to what is happening, because you’re given the opportunity to change, to do something than you typically do it.
  4. Anger: shows you what you are passionate about, where your limitations are and what you deem needs to change about the world.
  5. Disappointment: shows you that you tried for something, that you did not give in to apathy that you still care.
  6. Guilt: show that you’re still living life in other people’s expectations of what you should do.
  7. Shame: shows you that you’re internalizing other people’s way of life about who you should be (or who you are) and that you need to reconnect with yourself.
  8. Anxiety: shows you that you need to wake up, right now and you need to be present that you’re wedged in past and living in the fear of future.
  9. Sadness: shows you the intensity of your feeling, the depth of your concern of others and this world.

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER…

Emotions can be complicated. Some might feel intense, while others seem easygoing in comparison. You might feel incompatible emotions at any given time.

But emotions can dole out a purpose, even when they’re negative. Instead of trying to alter the emotions you experience, consider how you react to them. It’s usually the reactions that create challenges, not the emotions themselves.

So, Guys this was my little effort to help you all. I hope you all liked it. Just let me know in the comment section. Just need your love and support beautiful people.
Take Care💕
