Positivity & Everyday Motivation

 HEY GUYS!!! I'm back with another blog and it's on positivity. And you know it's very important to stay positive because sometimes we are rolling on negative emotions, we feel unmotivated. So, let me give you few tips on how to stay positive.

  • Be in love with yourself: Self love is so much important because if you love yourself enough then you can protect yourself from negative emotions like comparison, envy, hate.
  • Always remember your value: God made you just the way you are because you are made this way for a purpose. Remember your worth, no matter who you look up to but remember you are as good as them, you are just as important, valuable, talented and beautiful as that person. You have the same abilities, whatever you want is possible. If you want to be a dancer, singer. You can have it why can't you do what you always want to do whatever you want is possible, any vision you have in mind is possible.
  • Be your #1 supporter: Push yourself to such an extent that nobody would have expected, wake up, set a goal and get it done. Love yourself like nobody ever can every day! Loving yourself is reminding yourself that you are worthy and worth more than comparing yourself to others, you're worth more than binging on cakes and pizzas and your quality of life is worth more and that is only possible when you LOVE yourself and you start making decisions out of pure love <3


  • Shift your thoughts: Whenever your mind goes crazy, shift your thoughts. Think what to do next instead of what went wrong. Find something bigger than yourself, your thoughts and don't waste your energy on bad thoughts. You can exercise, go to the gym or just jump to release that bad energy and don't forget to play the music in the background! ❤☺
  • Go with the flow and find happiness in that flow. Forget the environment, your thoughts and just focus on your work. That is FLOW :)
  • Make yourself a priority: Look at yourself in the mirror, tell yourself you can do this and take one step towards that thing you're interested in. And believe me, vibes would hit different like whoa and once you feel good, the very next day you'll take another step towards it and this will literally change your life.
  • Reality Check: Think for a moment whatever thought your having in your mind. Is it even worth my time and energy? Is this even real? Wake up because we tend to feed our brains certain stories that doesn't exist and certain symptoms and side effects we think we're having because of the situation that does not exist but sit back and ask yourself. Is this even true what I'm thinking? Am I really not good enough you know and am I really that bad?


  • Remember your achievements: Remember what you have accomplished. Just think about you have come over who you are now is so different than you were a year ago because what you have learned what you decided to change and that's something to be a part of that. Remember what you've done and be proud of yourself and be like let it be because I'm great.
  • Energy of love: The world can't work the way you want. You're only in control of yourself, only thing you can change is your energy towards the world, how you look at it and yourself and don't even think for a minute this person shouldn't be here or shouldn't be like this because it's a waste of energy and time. Keep in mind when you're disturbed by somebody it is blocking your energy of love, positivity. Love is and should be your natural quality because that's how you interact with people and its how your vibes are supposed to be.
  •  Gratitude is healing in itself: Just be thankful to god for at least five things daily when you wake up for e.g. be thankful for the bed you got up in the morning, or your roof, your water bottle. The attitude of gratitude touches the heart very quickly and you'll feel good. Never take anything for granted. Never say never to good things and be patient.
  • Patience is the one quality I really admire because I myself am an impatient person but during this lockdown I learnt a lot. Sometimes I become very impatient but then I tell myself no wait this thing is going to happen real soon and I have faith in god.
  • Choose to be grateful: Thank god for your lessons and for all that you have. And you deserve that all good.
