Negative thoughts you need to kill

I always talk about feelings, emotional wellness, mental stuff on my blog. Today I'm going to talk about negative emotions we all go through and these are such emotions we feel on daily basis yet we don't perceive that this is something wrong we are doing to ourselves and get to its core. This is the root cause of all the anxiety and depression. Today I'm going to enlighten you about 7 types of negativity to kill.


lets get into the blog:

  1. Perfectionism:. It's the fear of being criticized. It is a feeling to step on each right stone every time and fear of making mistakes and disappointing others. We all have a spark and through self confidence we try to achieve what we want, we throw all our energy into the task but in the process of achieving and trying so hard we forget about self care and drain ourselves. Trying to achieve something that is unattainable will only result in making in you feeling less than. I know what you want is not yours right now but it's slowly making way to you. So, enjoy the journey of the process and achieving it.
  2. Being Judgmental: Every time you judge someone you are just pin pointing negativity and your aura becomes weaker. You just keep focusing on negative qualities in yourself and others and you are never that quick to point yourself. It shows there is a part of you which needs healing.
  3. Self-doubt: It's psychologically proven that when you are not confident enough you won't be able to give your hundred percent into the task or whatever you are going to do. Doubting yourself over and over will just going to make you think that you're not good enough and it's going to pile negative thoughts in your head. Self doubt will take over your life if you don't kill it at the root.
  4. Assumptions: Usually we humans now days have the problem of assuming everything every time. we take one step towards what we want but just think about the result or keep assuming ourselves in the future. We assume that the worst will happen and we feed our brain such scenarios that are never going to exist. If you never think things will be better, they won't be. This removes hope. So, stop assuming and start believing in good.
  5. Worry: It's nothing but misuse of your imagination. Stressing over things is very normal but when your brain starts revolving around those things all the day you begin to panic and it's gonna change nothing except your physical and mental health.
  6. Complaining: Every time you complain, you lose that each time and you again go with negative things and you set up yourself for never being happy again. Every time whenever you complain, just imagine your life without those things you have with yourself right now or just imagine your life without that person. This will make you realize the importance of the things.
  7. Controlling everything: You can't control everything and when you try you inevitably fail, you ended up getting frustrated and you break your own heart and blame yourself for everything. Like I always say go with the flow and find happiness in that flow.
