How to calm voice in the head?

So.. umm.. Hi it's been a long time! As i was figuring out few things and I'm finally here with some good content. You'll definitely love!
Today I'm going to talk about that little voice in our head which has a huge impact on us. In case you've not noticed there's always mental dialogue going inside your head everytime and it never stops.! Have you ever thought what is it and why it keeps on going all the damn time? How it decides to say such things, when and where? How much of it is true? And how much of it says is even important? And i know still you're hearing that voice in your head and i don't know what it's telling you! That mental voice take both sides, negative and positive but never shuts up! And I know that can be frustrating sometimes. For example: Even if you're eating something, you still be thinking something else. For eg: Why she/he said me such things? What should I tell her? What will happen next? Etc. Just imagine it doesn't even let you have a good peaceful meal! Oh damn! So now what?
All you need to do is examine that voice and take note on that and get to it's core!
Now we know it never shuts up and also it just shifts its viewpoint from one to another. It is a mechanism and it's like someone is talking to us. For example: when you're going to sleep, that someone tells you, you can't sleep because you're not done with your work, you need to call him/her up and all such things doesn't let you sleep peacefully. Suddenly your brain is clouded with so many things. All you need to know is that you're different from that voice. You're not that person. You're not that voice in your head that indirectly influences you. Stop feeling the one thing it says is true and the other thing it says is not. So who are you?
You're the one who hears the voice. You're the one who notices it's talking.
It doesn't matter what it says all you need is awareness and consciousness. It's an act of subject perceiving various objects. It doesn't matter whatever that voice says as long as you're aware of what's happening. Personal growth is nothing but understanding that you're no longer that voice and you need not to go under variations and changes to find yourself because there are a lot of voices and none of them is you.
Talking inside the head is nothing but just clouding of energies which we release by saying things in our own head. It's just waste of time and energy. They have very very little impact on the outside world because it has nothing to do with your thoughts. Sun will go up and set again. The world will work regardless of your thoughts.
You just need to see things as it is, without narrating in your inner world. You're just the one who has experienced things in reality, just seeing things, hearing things without manipulating them. You're consciousness is your light and your awareness is your weapon. You can use it wisely. Voice in your head is just to satisfy yourself and act of defense because you can internally complain, verbalize it, judge it and you feel empowered. Just consciously observe the world and you'll feel more free and open to everything without limitations.
If you still didn't get what I just say. Do a little experiment for a day. All you need to do is think of that voice as a person and just imagine that person is talking to you all the day. You need to observe things and listen to that other person. Now make that person your best friend. Now ask yourself that will you ever ask such a person for an advice who changes mind every damn time? Just sincerely practice self observation and awareness. And you'll see that only trouble you had your entire life is that voice and you're looking at it. If you want to free yourself, you must first become conscious enough to understand your predicament. Then you must commit yourself to the inner work of freedom.
